Good news!  There’s still time to give the gift of GRACE.

According to the Department of Revenue, as of January 7, 2020:

The Qualified Education Expense Credit Cap is $100 million for the 2020 year.  For pre-approvals processed through the date, $81,755,058 of the $100 million cap has been pre-approved.  As such there is $18,244,942 remaining in the cap.

GRACE is still accepting registrations for the 2020 Tax Credit and you may register here:

Pre-registration for 2020 is now open.

Help a deserving student get an excellent education at NO COST to you!

It’s time to pre-register for GRACE Scholars.  You not only get 2020 tax credit, but also provide scholarships to Atlanta’s hardest working and most deserving youth – Cristo Rey Atlanta Jesuit students!

In exchange for your contribution to GRACE Scholars, you will receive a 100% state income tax credit. Donations become impactful scholarships to the Catholic school of your choice. GRACE limits scholarship assistance to deserving families and unbiased grant and aid assessment help to determine who receives awards.

The good news is EVERY SINGLE Cristo Rey Atlanta Jesuit student comes from a deserving family and is financially eligible to become a GRACE Scholar.  Today, only 37% of our students receive GRACE scholarships.  We need more taxpayers to take advantage of this win-win program so that we may help to provide EVERY SINGLE STUDENT a GRACE Scholarship

How do we help every student become a GRACE Scholar?

  • Pre-register now!  Pay nothing now and it takes less than 5 minutes.
  • Get the most tax credit possible!  What type of tax-payer are you?  Single, married, or do you file as a part of a professional corporation (S-corp, LLC, partnership); typically formed by physicians, dentists, attorneys, CPAs, or architects?  You may be eligible for a tax credit from $1,000 all the way up to $10,000.  See here for more details
  • Spread the word.  Share this incredible tax credit opportunity with friends, family members or colleagues who could benefit from a tax credit and has a desire to offer education opportunities to deserving youth.
  • Take note of new IRS Ruling:  We just received word of a new IRS ruling that could be good news for taxpayers who itemize on their federal returns. Please see the information here from GRACE Scholars and consult your tax adviser regarding your individual situation.  To view the statement from the U.S. Department of the Treasury regarding final rules and additional guidance on the federal income tax treatment of payments made under state and local tax credit programs, please click here.
